Layton Sports Cards Refund and Cancellation Fees

GROUP BREAKS

We have a NO REFUND policy in place for any group break purchase once the break takes place. 

*** If there are any issues regarding tracking, damaged cards, or misdelivered packages, you have 180 days to reach out to Layton Sports Cards for a resolution. Any requests after 180 days will not be valid. ***

CANCELLATION FEE

Due to increasing credit card fees and changes to PayPal’s terms and conditions, anyone requesting a refund prior to a group break taking place will be charged a cancellation fee of 5%. 

The Cancellation Fee is to cover the credit card and PayPal fees that are not reimbursed to us when we issue a refund. 

PERSONAL BOXES

If you purchase a personal box after the nightly cut-off time, we will not refund you for your purchase. We will open your box on the next scheduled personal breaks night or ship the box to you sealed. 

Absolutely NO REFUNDS for personal boxes shipped sealed.
